In this engaging 3-hour online and in-person workshop, we invite you to delve into the profound practice of Mindful Self-Compassion. Practice and Reflection:

The normal price for this MSC Practice workshop is €70. At MSC Practice we are aware of the current increasing financial challenges, and we offer the course at a special price of €40 (in-person) and €35 (online). If you cannot afford paying this special rate, we have a few concession places on this course as we don’t want to exclude anybody from our courses.
